Your information

Privacy.

When you enquire, VERRANO collects the details you provide, including your name, contact information, project location, description and any uploaded photographs or PDF drawings. We use this information to assess and respond to your project, prepare proposals and coordinate related services.

Project photographs

Only upload photographs you are entitled to share. Avoid personal documents, identifiable people or unnecessary private information. We do not treat an enquiry photo upload as permission to publish your photographs in our marketing; publication requires separate agreement.

Storage and access

Enquiries and photographs are stored through our website hosting and storage providers and can be accessed by authorised VERRANO personnel. Website infrastructure providers may process information outside New Zealand. Information may be shared with relevant installation personnel or suppliers where needed to assess or deliver your project.

Questions and corrections

Email info@verrano.nz to ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion where it is no longer needed. Please include your enquiry reference if available.

Website measurement

We count contact-link clicks in daily totals to understand which website contact options are used. These counts do not use cookies or store names, email addresses, visitor identifiers or IP addresses. Clicks indicate interest, not completed phone calls. Submitted enquiries are measured from saved enquiry records.
